There is no longer any state on a green light; Campeche returns to yellow
Campeche, the only state that remained green for several months, turned yellow at the Covid-19 epidemiological traffic light.
The update of the epidemiological risk traffic light returned Campeche to yellow after it was the only state in green for several months.
The general director of Health Promotion, Ricardo Cortés, indicated that there are 13 entities in red, 17 in orange, 2 in yellow and none in green; the latter is the lowest level of risk for the spread of Covid-19.
In a press conference, the official explained that they have talked with the Campeche authorities about this new status, so he asked the inhabitants of that area to collaborate with sanitary measures.
In that sense, he said he was hopeful that the state would soon return to green.
Regarding the entities in orange with the greatest risk of turning red, Cortés Alcalá pointed to Sonora, Coahuila, Veracruz, Tabasco, Tlaxcala, Michoacán, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Sinaloa, and Baja California Sur.
